Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects at client locations. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail interiors, commercial fit-outs, furniture installation, and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and installation work.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and the internal project team.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Manage manpower, subcontractors, and site resources efficiently.
- Inspect workmanship and maintain quality standards throughout the project.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization.
- Resolve site-related issues and provide timely updates to the Project Manager.
- Maintain daily progress reports, attendance, and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare work completion reports.
- Support project handover and snag list closure.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out, Retail Interior, Commercial Interiors, or Furniture Installation.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and execution layouts.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is preferred.
