Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales successfully.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
