Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Continental CDP to manage the Continental section and ensure high-quality food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present Continental dishes as per resort standards.
- Manage daily kitchen operations within the assigned section.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
- Support and guide junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure proper food storage and kitchen cleanliness.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
- 4–6 years of experience in Continental cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
