Job Summary
ADHYA GLOBAL SOLAR SOLUTIONS is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring smooth coordination throughout the sales and installation process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Documentation, and Installation teams.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress.
- Follow up on pending documents, payments, and subsidy-related requirements.
- Ensure timely customer communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity reports.
- Collect customer feedback and work towards improving customer satisfaction.
- Support customer retention and generate referral business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales Coordination, Banking, Insurance, or a similar role.
- Experience in the solar industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, CRM software).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
