We are looking for a responsible and energetic Driver cum Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe transportation and delivery of products while actively promoting and selling the company's products to retailers, distributors, and customers within the assigned territory. Prior experience in FMCG, Dairy, or Food & Beverage sales will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the company vehicle safely and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell company products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collect orders, ensure timely deliveries, and coordinate with the logistics team.
- Collect payments from customers and maintain proper records.
- Load and unload products while ensuring they are handled safely.
- Maintain accurate sales, delivery, stock, and collection records.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance requirements.
- Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: SSLC/10th Pass.
- Higher Secondary or any diploma/degree will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Driver, Salesman, or Driver cum Salesman.
- Experience in FMCG, Dairy, Beverages, Food Products, or Consumer Goods will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Valid LMV Driving License with a clean driving record.
- Good communication and customer relationship skills.
- Basic sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of local routes and market areas.
- Ability to maintain sales records and delivery documentation.
- Basic numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and target-oriented.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Physically fit to load and unload products.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
