We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and participating in the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes, strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. You will work closely with clients to optimize their payroll operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Lead and participate in all phases of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data conversion, and go-live support.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and design workshops to understand client payroll requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities.
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, including legislative data groups, payroll flows, elements, balances, formulas, costing, and tax reporting.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll calculations and processes.
- Provide expert guidance and best practices on Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll functionalities to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and custom reporting solutions.
- Prepare detailed functional design documents, technical specifications, and user training materials.
- Deliver end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of the new system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud HCM updates, new features, and industry best practices.
- Manage client expectations and project deliverables within scope and timeline.
