Job Summary:
Contec Solutions is seeking a skilled and dedicated Structural Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing construction projects, supervising sites and ensuring quality control to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze structural elements (beams, columns, slabs, foundations) using engineering principles.
- Preparestructural drawings, calculations and specifications.
- Review architectural and civil plans for structural feasibility.
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure proper implementation.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks during construction.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, standards and safety regulations.
- Assist in project planning, cost estimation and material selection.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for structural issues on-site.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in structural design and construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards and construction materials.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in team environments and handle multiple projects.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with high-rise buildings, industrial structures, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Revit, SAP2000, or BIM software.
- Professional license (if applicable, e.g., P.E. or equivalent).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
