We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Conversion Funnel Planner who can design, optimize, and manage high-converting sales funnels for digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should understand customer journeys, lead generation strategies, conversion psychology, and funnel optimization to maximize business growth and ROI.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and create conversion-focused marketing funnels for lead generation campaigns
- Map customer journeys and optimize user flow for higher conversions
- Strategize landing pages, lead magnets, CTAs, and follow-up funnel structures
- Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams for funnel execution
- Analyze funnel performance and identify drop-off points for optimization
- Suggest automation, retargeting, and nurturing strategies to improve conversions
- Conduct competitor research and audience behavior analysis
- Optimize funnels for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns
Requirements:
- 6 Months+ experience preferred (2+ years highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation & customer psychology
- Knowledge of conversion optimization and digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with CRM tools, automation workflows, and analytics platforms is a plus
- Good communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and performance goals
