Job Title: Estimation Engineer – Interior Designing

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Estimation Engineers to join our Interior Designing team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, and project costing for residential, commercial, and corporate interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) from drawings and specifications.
Analyze architectural and interior drawings for quantity estimation.
Prepare accurate project cost estimates and budgets.
Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
Compare vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, and Project Execution teams.
Prepare material quantity take-offs and cost sheets.
Assist in tender preparation and project bidding.
Maintain estimation records and cost databases.
Ensure estimates are prepared within project timelines.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out estimation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity estimation.
Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and execution processes.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in commercial office interiors, retail, hospitality, or residential interior projects.
Familiarity with ERP software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
