Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Communicate with customers and explain products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate call and customer records.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident, clear, and professional speaking ability.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
