Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a background in Real Estate, Property Consulting, or Construction Sales to generate business for our Interior Design and Architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong client relationships, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for residential, commercial, office, and retail interior projects.
- Build relationships with property agents, builders, developers, and corporate clients.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their interior and architectural requirements.
- Present company services, proposals, and quotations.
- Coordinate with the design team during project discussions.
- Follow up with clients and close deals efficiently.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Real Estate, Property Sales, Property Consulting, Construction, or Interior Industry.
- Strong network of property agents, brokers, builders, and developers.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and sales closure.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
