Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production planning, CNC/VMC machining, manpower handling, and vendor coordination. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute production activities as per the MRP schedule.
- Ensure achievement of production targets within timelines.
- Handle and coordinate production manpower effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely material availability.
- Visit vendor locations for stage inspections whenever required.
- Support machine operators by resolving production and drawing-related issues.
- Complete tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor.
- Monitor production processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned based on company requirements.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of 2D engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of production processes and measuring instruments.
- Hands-on experience with CNC/VMC machining.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Engineer in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical and production planning knowledge.
