We're hiring a hands-on Social Media Growth Executive to build and grow the corporate social media presence of a leading fitness and gym brand.
This is an execution-first role with real ownership, exposure to leadership, and a clear path toward leading the social media function as the brand scales.
What You'll Own
- Manage corporate social media accounts
- Content planning, ideation, scripting, and execution
- Drive creative direction for social content
- Use AI tools for content creation, captions, scripts, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to improve content quality
- Create simple content guidelines for franchise locations
What You Will Not Do
- Run paid advertisements
- Be required to appear on camera
- Be micromanaged
- Wait months before being given ownership

Preferred Background
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital content execution
- Experience in the fitness, gym, health, sports, wellness, or lifestyle industry is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form content
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
