The Guest Relation Executive( GRE) is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by providing a warm welcome, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a high level of service standards. The GRE plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building strong guest relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist with check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and general inquiries.
Ensure guest needs and expectations are met promptly and professionally.
Handle guest complaints or concerns calmly and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, promotions, and events.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Record and manage guest preferences, feedback, and special requests.
Maintain a tidy and well-presented front desk and reception area.
Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Well-groomed, with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
