WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Head of Digital Marketing (HOD) to lead and drive our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SEO, PPC, and Digital Marketing Strategy, along with proven leadership skills to manage high-performing teams, optimize marketing performance, and deliver measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SEO, PPC, and Digital Marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation, brand visibility, and ROI.
- Oversee SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO) and PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on investment.
- Collaborate with Content, Design, Development, and Sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure website performance, technical SEO implementation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to senior management.
- Mentor, train, and develop team members while fostering a high-performance work culture.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO)
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC Campaign Management
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
- Strong understanding of Website Auditing, Core Web Vitals, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management
- Excellent client handling and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
