What is required
We are looking for a motivated, street-smart, and target-driven Sales Representative who will own the onground launch and sales of the High Efficiency Pan Support Stand in assigned territories. This is a high incentive, field-first role suited to someone with a strong network in gas agencies, cooking appliance stores, or local distribution channels — and the hunger to convert that network into sales. You will be the face of our company at the ground level, building relationships with gas agencies, hardware stores, home appliance retailers, and local dealers. This is not a desk job — we want someone who thrives in the field and earns well for it.
Expectations
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active prospects and retail partners. Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, stock management, and timely delivery followup. Collect and relay market feedback, competitor activity, and pricing intelligence to the team. Submit daily/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate records in the assigned format. Attend sales meetings, product training sessions, and company review calls as required. Expand coverage by scouting new outlets, markets, and potential tie-up agencies. Ideal C
Experience :
1–4 years of experience in field sales, channel sales, or distribution management. Prior experience in gas appliances, kitchen products, FMCG, or home appliances is a strong advantage. Freshers with exceptional communication and an existing network in the trade may be considered.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and/or English; ability to pitch confidently to retailers and agency owners. Existing network with gas agencies, LPG dealers, home appliance stores, or local trade channels. Target-oriented mindset with a strong desire to earn through performance-linked incentives. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in the field with minimal supervision. Basic smartphone literacy — ability to use WhatsApp, send photos, and fill digital reports. Presentable, professional, and capable of representing the IEG brand positively. Familiarity with local Mumbai / MMR geography and trade zones is preferred.
Pay: ₹8,931.92 - ₹22,000.00 per month
