Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Sales Executive to lead revenue growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive business expansion. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor junior sales team members.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Mentor and guide junior sales executives to improve team performance
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
5+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a senior or leadership role
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and lead a team
