Role Overview
We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to generate qualified business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting. This is a target-driven, client-facing role suited for someone with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in B2B technology sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Understand potential customer requirements and schedule meetings for the field sales team
- Introduce and pitch Pioneer Technologies' solutions to decision-makers at SMBs and enterprises
- Follow up diligently on leads, quotations, and ongoing opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline in the CRM
- Coordinate with sales, presales, and vendor teams for solution discussions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets
Key Performance Indicators
- 80–100 outbound calls per day
- 20+ meaningful conversations per day
- 5–8 qualified meetings set per week
- Consistent CRM updates and follow-up discipline
Who Should Apply
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong spoken and written communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling outbound sales conversations
- Self-motivated with a disciplined follow-up approach
- Prior experience in B2B sales, telecalling, or lead generation is preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
