Compensation: ₹40,000 per month base salary + uncapped commission
About the Opportunity
We are a growing Canadian telecommunications company looking for motivated and energetic Sales Representatives to join our team. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity for individuals who enjoy speaking with customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
No prior telecommunications experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers in Canada.
- Introduce and promote telecommunications products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to speak Hindi and Punjabi fluently.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
