Job Summary
A Store Promoter is responsible for promoting products, engaging customers, demonstrating product features, and achieving sales targets. The role involves creating a positive customer experience while representing the brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the store.
- Promote and demonstrate products to customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
- Recommend products based on customer needs.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints.
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the supervisor.
- Follow company policies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising standards.
