- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, and washing, and manage daily mise en place.
- Cooking: Specialize in cooking North Indian dishes, including a variety of rich gravies, dals, curries, tandoor items, pulao, and rice dishes.
- Consistency: Ensure high-quality taste, presentation, and portion control for every dish sent to the dining area.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain immaculate cleanliness in the work station and strictly follow food safety rules and HACCP regulations.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels in the North Indian section, report shortages to the senior chef, and minimize food wastage.
- Teamwork: Assist senior kitchen staff and support the team during peak service hours.
