Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience while maintaining brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.
- Achieve store tagets
- Maintain product knowledge (fabric, fit, style, pricing, offers)
- Ensure proper display and visual merchandising standard
Requirements
- Minimum qualification is plus two
- 0-2 years experience in retails or related field(freshers are also welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Salary:12000-15000
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
