Source and identify IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Willingness to work in the US shift.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
