We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Laptop Sales Executive to promote and sell laptops, accessories, and related electronic products to customers. The ideal candidate should have good product knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs to recommend suitable products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting laptops and related accessories based on their requirements
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
- Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits to customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest laptop models and technology trends
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
- Ensure proper product display and store presentation
- Coordinate with inventory staff to maintain stock availability
- Process billing and maintain sales records accurately
- Promote ongoing offers, warranties, and financing options
- Build and maintain good customer relationships for repeat business
Qualifications
- Higher Secondary / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in electronics or retail sales is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with laptop features
- Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset

- Knowledge of laptop brands and specifications
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Teamwork and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with billing systems and Microsoft Excel
Experience
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
