Role: Interior Site Supervisor

Job description:

We are looking for dedicated and detail oriented Site supervisor to oversee the construction of interior work of office project.

Responsibilities:

· Overseeing the progress of all construction activities

· Ensuring the contractors and vendors follow all the guidelines/protocols set by building management

· Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations

· Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline

· Checking inventory and placing orders for building materials as when required

· Ensuring all equipment are in working order and good condition

· Interpreting building plans and construction blueprints

· Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures

· Communicating the progress report to the Design Lead

· Attending any on-site meetings or events

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or related field

· Proven work experience as a Supervisor

· Familiarity with construction tools and equipment

· Knowledge of health and safety standards

· Strong leadership qualities

· Good analytical and communication skills

· Ability to work for long hours

· Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints

· Critical thinker and possessing troubleshooting ability

· Ability to offer a high level of customer service

· Detail-oriented and a team player

Location: Vikhroli West, Mumbai

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
