Role Overview:
A Computer Teacher is responsible for educating students in computer science, basic IT skills, and digital literacy. The role includes both theoretical and practical teaching to help students develop technical knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach computer fundamentals, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet usage, and basic programming.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the curriculum.
- Conduct practical classes in the computer lab.
- Guide students in projects, assignments, and presentations.
- Maintain discipline and ensure safe use of computers and the internet.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical exams.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and study materials.
- Stay updated with new technology and teaching methods.
- Maintain computer lab equipment and report technical issues.
- Support school activities like result preparation, report cards, and digital records.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of computers and basic programming
- Good communication and teaching skills

- Patience and problem-solving ability
- Basic troubleshooting skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- B.Ed. (preferred for school teaching)
- Basic certifications in computer applications (optional but beneficial)
Additional Duties (in Schools):
- Help in administrative work (data entry, exam results, etc.)
- Assist in organizing computer-based competitions or activities
- Guide students in digital projects and presentations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
