Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for identifying spa and wellness businesses, connecting with spa owners, scheduling meetings, presenting Chutkee.com's business model, and onboarding spas onto our platform.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential Spa, Salon, Wellness Center, and Massage Center partners.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective business partners.
- Generate leads through field visits, online research, referrals, and networking.
Appointment Scheduling
- Contact spa owners, managers, and decision-makers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and direct visits.
- Schedule business meetings and presentations with prospective partners.
- Follow up regularly to ensure successful meeting arrangements.
Business Presentation & Sales
- Conduct meetings with spa owners and explain Chutkee.com's services, benefits, and partnership opportunities.
- Present the company's platform, customer acquisition model, marketing support, and revenue growth opportunities.
- Address partner queries and provide suitable business solutions.
Partner Onboarding
- Convince and onboard spas and wellness centers onto the Chutkee.com platform.
- Collect required documents and complete the onboarding process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful partner activation.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Ensure partner satisfaction and support them in maximizing business opportunities through the platform.
- Resolve partner concerns and escalate issues when required.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily activity reports, meeting records, and onboarding status.
- Update CRM and sales tracking systems regularly.
- Submit weekly and monthly business development reports to management.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in conducting field meetings and presentations.
- Ability to achieve onboarding and revenue targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated and result-driven approach.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, or Partner Acquisition preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Spa, Salon, Wellness, Beauty, Hospitality, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
