Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Guide students regarding study abroad opportunities
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication
- Explain services and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain records of calls and student interactions
- Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Smart, positive, and ready to take challenges
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
