We are looking for energetic, technically sound, and growth-oriented Technical Sales Executives to drive business
development in the Personal Care and Health Care segments across assigned territories. This is a market-building
role that combines technical understanding, customer engagement, consultative selling, disciplined follow-up, and
business conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Personal Care and Health Care segments within the assigned
territory.
- Map target customers including manufacturers, formulators, brand owners, R&D teams, procurement teams, and
contract manufacturers.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, database building, industry networking, and systematic follow-
up.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and regularly update progress to management.

Technical Sales and Product Promotion
- Promote the company’s marine biotech ingredients and formulations with a consultative, solution-based
approach.
- Understand customer application needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Present technical and commercial value proposition clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with principals, technical teams, and the internal team for product information, samples, and
application support.
- Support product trials, evaluations, and customer feedback collection.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with key customers, R&D teams, purchase teams, and business heads.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong engagement across accounts.
- Ensure timely response to customer inquiries, sample requests, quotations, and follow-up actions.
- Track the customer development cycle from lead generation to approval and commercial order.
Sales Coordination and Conversion
- Work closely with internal operations and sales support teams for quotations, order execution, dispatch
coordination, and issue resolution.
- Follow up on samples, trials, approvals, pricing discussions, and order closures.
- Support commercial negotiations within company guidelines and track repeat orders and business continuity.
Market Intelligence and Reporting
- Gather market information on customer requirements, competition, pricing trends, new product opportunities,
and segment developments.
- Submit regular MIS including visit reports, lead tracker, sample tracker, opportunity pipeline, and sales progress
reports.
Maintain updated CRM / Excel records of prospects, discussions, and next action points.
Education
- Science graduate is mandatory.
- Preferred background: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Cosmetic
Science, or related science discipline.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, application sales, or ingredient sales.
- Experience in Personal Care, Cosmetics, Health Care, Nutraceutical, Pharma ingredients, specialty chemicals,
active ingredients, excipients, or allied sectors will be preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales and customer development is highly desirable.
Preferred Candidate Attributes
- Age: 25–30 years.
- Male or female candidate preferred for this field-intensive role.
- For North role: candidate preferably based in NCR.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory is essential.
