Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, field visits, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Promote company financial products and services to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (financial sector preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
