Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will primarily handle lead generation through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and confidence in speaking English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation
- Communicate company services effectively over calls
- Maintain and update lead records
- Follow up with prospects as required
- Assist with basic email communication when needed
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate (mandatory)
- Experience:
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales/telecalling is preferred
- Strong English communication skills (spoken is a must)
- Confident, proactive, and result-oriented attitude
Salary:
- ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
