Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end secretarial and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable RBI/NBFC regulations.
- Handle RBI, ROC and other statutory filings, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
- Organize and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings, including agendas, notices, resolutions and minutes.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, compliance calendars and other corporate documentation.
- Monitor RBI circulars, regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation of applicable requirements.
- Coordinate with RBI, ROC, auditors, legal advisors and other regulatory authorities.
- Assist in corporate governance, legal documentation, compliance audits and regulatory inspections.
- Support KYC/AML and other NBFC-related compliance requirements wherever applicable.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) and ICSI member.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in NBFC / Financial Services sector is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, RBI regulations, NBFC compliance and corporate governance.
- Good understanding of ROC filings, statutory records and Board processes.
- Strong drafting, documentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
