Million Tech Pvt Ltd is a growing technology and digital solutions company based in Kolkata. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to join our team and help drive our online marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, conversions, and lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations.
- Implement remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and sales teams to achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
- Support SEO, social media marketing, and other digital marketing activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, specifically in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of:
- Google Search, Display, and Performance Max Campaigns
- Facebook and Instagram Advertising
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Lead Generation and Conversion Tracking
- Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling campaigns across multiple industries.
Salary
- Competitive salary based on experience and performance.
Pay: ₹15,061.52 - ₹25,000.08 per month
