Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of various applications. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing insights to enhance system functionality, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders.

- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools for application performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
