Are you passionate about e-commerce and digital advertising? We are looking for a motivated Advertisement Manager – Agent Level to support sellers on Flipkart by helping them create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns that drive visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for sellers regarding advertisement queries and campaign management.
- Guide and educate sellers on Flipkart Ads platform, features, and best practices.
- Assist sellers in creating, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Troubleshoot issues related to campaign setup, billing, and ad delivery.
- Maintain records of campaign activities and seller interactions.
- Achieve KPIs related to seller satisfaction, campaign success, and ad revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex seller issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0.6 – 2 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Advertising, or Seller Support.
- Basic understanding of online advertising platforms (Flipkart Ads preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
