Job Title: Staff Nurse – Dialysis
Location: Bhubaneswar
Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Dialysis Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis. The ideal candidate should have experience in dialysis procedures, patient monitoring, infection control, and dialysis machine operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assess patients before, during, and after dialysis.
- Operate dialysis machines and monitor patient vitals throughout treatment.
- Perform AV fistula/catheter care using aseptic techniques.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records.
- Ensure infection control protocols and patient safety.
- Educate patients and caregivers on dialysis care and lifestyle modifications.
Eligibility
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration
- 0–3 years of experience in Dialysis Nursing
- Freshers with Dialysis training/certification may also apply
