The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the school, increasing student admissions, and building strong relationships with parents and the community. The role involves both fieldwork and in-school coordination to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for student admissions through various channels (field visits, campaigns, references, etc.)
- Counsel parents and students regarding school curriculum, facilities, and admission process
- Conduct school presentations, seminars, and promotional activities
- Follow up with prospective parents through calls, emails, and meetings
- Maintain and update admission inquiry database
- Coordinate and organize admission drives, events, and school visits
- Build relationships with local communities, play schools, and institutions
- Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets
- Support digital marketing activities (social media, WhatsApp campaigns, etc.)
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads and conversions
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on targets and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Positive attitude and smart personality
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Business preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales/marketing (Education sector preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Salary:
- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
- Incentives based on performance
