If you are a Chartered Accountant with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience — particularly in the real estate or construction sector — this opportunity is worth a conversation.
About the Role:
You will be a key member of our finance leadership, reporting directly to the CFO. The role spans financial reporting, taxation, compliance, cost governance, and strategic financial support across our real estate projects.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
→ End-to-end accounting as per Ind-AS / US GAAP
→ GST, TDS & Income Tax compliance
→ RERA, ROC, statutory & internal audit management
→ Internal controls, SOPs & vendor governance
→ MIS reporting & financial dashboards for leadership
→ Mentoring and leading the finance team
What We Are Looking For:
→ CA qualification – mandatory
→ 3–5 years of relevant experience (real estate preferred)
→ Strong command over ERP systems – SAP / Tally / Oracle / in4velocity
→ A detail-oriented, deadline-driven approach with high integrity
