About the Role
Polymech Components Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team. The role involves inspecting products, monitoring processes, and ensuring that quality standards are consistently maintained across the production floor. Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to verify product dimensions.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation (inspection reports, checklists, and logs).
- Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO/TS requirements, and customer specifications.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
- Report non-conformities and recommend process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Graduate with an engineering background in Production, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing (freshers may also apply).
- Familiarity with quality tools, standards, and inspection techniques.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
