Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manufacturing Foreman to supervise the production of stainless steel commercial kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, welding, assembly, and quality control, along with the ability to lead a team and ensure projects are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily manufacturing operations in the workshop.
- Manage and coordinate fabricators, welders, polishers, and assembly workers.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication layouts.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Monitor quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and tools.
- Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and installation teams.
- Resolve production issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Train and mentor production staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing.
- Experience leading fabrication and production teams.
- Strong knowledge of stainless steel fabrication, TIG/MIG welding, polishing, and assembly.
- Ability to read engineering and fabrication drawings.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Fabrication, or a related trade is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience manufacturing commercial kitchen equipment such as work tables, exhaust hoods, sinks, storage racks, cooking ranges, and custom stainless steel products.
- Experience working with laser cutting, CNC bending, and sheet metal fabrication is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,215.00 - ₹30,817.68 per month
