International Voice Process Executive
Location: STPI- Technology Park, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) | Hybrid may be available as per business requirement
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for an international process.
- Communicate professionally with international customers/clients.
- Understand and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Maintain call quality and follow process guidelines.
- Meet assigned performance and productivity targets.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Comfortable communicating with international customers in English.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
