Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.
- Handle performance management and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Organize training and development programs.
- Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational growth.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
