- We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Workday Payroll and integrating it with Paradox (Olivia AI) recruitment automation platform.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll configuration, integrations, data validation, and ensuring seamless automation between recruitment and payroll processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
WORKDAY PAYROLL IMPLEMENTATION & SUPPORT
- Configure and implement Workday Payroll modules (US/Global Payroll as applicable)
- Configure earnings, deductions, tax authorities, and payroll calculations
- Manage payroll processing cycles, retro calculations, and year-end activities
- Perform payroll parallel testing and reconciliation
- Ensure statutory compliance and reporting
PARADOX INTEGRATION
- Integrate Paradox (Olivia AI) with Workday HCM & Payroll
- Configure APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware integrations
- Automate candidate-to-employee data flow into payroll
- Validate employee onboarding data for payroll accuracy
- Troubleshoot integration errors and monitor interface performance
INTEGRATIONS & DATA MANAGEMENT
- Develop and maintain Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors
- Design inbound/outbound payroll interfaces
- Ensure data integrity between ATS, HCM, and Payroll
- Support third-party vendor integrations (banks, benefits providers, tax vendors)
COMPLIANCE & REPORTING
- Ensure payroll compliance with country-specific regulations
- Generate payroll reports and analytics dashboards
- Support audits and statutory submissions
STAKEHOLDER & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Work with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams
- Gather business requirements and translate into system configuration
- Provide post-go-live support and enhancements
- Conduct user training and documentation
