About the Role
We are seeking a highly professional, well-groomed, and dynamic Receptionist to manage our front office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization and will represent the company with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
· Handle incoming calls, screen and forward them appropriately
· Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable
· Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars
· Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and courier deliveries
· Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed
· Assist in basic administrative tasks and coordination with internal departments
· Support HR and Admin teams with documentation and coordination when required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal abilities
· Professional appearance and positive attitude
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· English – Speak, Read & Write (Professional Level)
· Hindi – Speak, Read & Write (Preferred)
· Tamil – Speak, Read & Write
