Job Summary:
The Construction Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, testing, and maintaining plumbing systems such as water supply, drainage, sanitary, and rainwater pipelines in construction projects. The role ensures all plumbing work is completed safely and according to approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install water supply, drainage, and sanitary pipelines.
- Read and understand plumbing drawings and layouts.
- Install CPVC, UPVC, PVC, GI, and PPR pipes and fittings.
- Fix sanitary fixtures such as wash basins, water closets, urinals, sinks, and faucets.
- Perform pressure testing and leak testing of pipelines.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and MEP teams.
- Repair plumbing defects and attend maintenance issues.
- Ensure work is completed as per project schedule and quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and use PPE at the worksite.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction plumbing.
- Knowledge of plumbing materials, fittings, and installation techniques.
Skills:
- Ability to read plumbing drawings.
- Knowledge of water supply and drainage systems.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good teamwork and communication.
- Understanding of construction site safety practices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
