About The Job:
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for operations? Aarishi Foods is seeking a Junior Operations Associate to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
3. Prepare reports and analyze data using MS-Office and MS-Excel to support decision-making processes.
4. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Assist in streamlining processes and identifying areas for improvement to enhance overall operational efficiency.
6. Provide administrative support to the operations team.
7. Uphold high standards of customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing any customer concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate with a business degree is preferred.
2. Candidate with atleast 1 year of experience.
3. Candidate residing in Mumbai will be given preference.
Salary:
Probation of 3 months at 15000 INR per month.
After probation based on performance the candidate can be offered a permanent position with a salary hike.
