Key Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors and manage the reception area.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Maintain visitor records and courier registers.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Schedule meeting rooms and assist with administrative tasks.
Support HR and Administration activities as required.
Qualification Any Degree or Diploma.0–2 years of relevant experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic MS Office knowledge.
Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
