Position: Cutting Supervisor
Location: Kundli, Sonipat
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years
Industry: Printing & Packaging (Mandatory)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cutting Supervisor to oversee all cutting operations and ensure smooth production, accurate cutting, and timely completion of jobs. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the Printing & Packaging industry, with strong knowledge of cutting machines, production planning, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day cutting operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure accurate cutting as per job specifications and production plans.
- Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Minimize material wastage and maintain optimum machine efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Production, Planning, and Quality teams for smooth execution.
- Supervise operators and helpers, ensuring proper work allocation.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Maintain daily production reports and machine utilization records.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and 5S practices.
- Train and guide team members to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Cutting Supervisor.
- Experience in the Printing & Packaging industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of paper and board cutting machines and cutting processes.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and minimizing wastage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
