We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
Update CRM/database with accurate customer information.
