We are looking for a motivated Junior B2C Sales Executive to engage with individual customers, understand their needs, and promote suitable products or services. The role focuses on generating sales, building customer relationships, and achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach and engage potential customers (walk-ins, calls, or online leads)
- Explain product/service features and benefits clearly
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide follow-ups
- Maintain customer data and update sales records in CRM/tools
- Support senior sales team in closing deals when required
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Confidence in speaking with customers
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
